Increasingly we are seeing candidates come to us who are either U.S.-based and wanting to explore opportunities for their specific technical skill sets overseas or who are currently abroad and want to enter into the U.S. job market. With “globalization” the buzzword of the hour, and certain skills harder and harder to find, we can expect the international job search to become more and more prevalent.

Our own co-founder of both NoddlePlace and ITtechExec, Stephen Van Vreede, who has worked extensively with job seekers looking to make a move internationally (and is well versed on the nuances of the europass!), has been asked to serve as an expert panelist on an upcoming Twitter chat (#ExecCareer) on the subject on 11/19 at 12pm Eastern. Although the chat will be geared toward executives, many of the points discussed will apply to any professional looking to make that move abroad. So please feel free to join in (follow #ExecCareer to participate)!

If you cannot join us on 11/19 at 12pm, we will be posting a recap shortly after through Storify. Feel free to check out some of the other chats we’ve hosted and have recapped there.
